What is in the Saxenda pen?
Each Saxenda® pen contains 18 mg of liraglutide in 3 ml of solution. At the maintenance dose of 3.0 mg per day, each pen will last six days. Five prefilled Saxenda® pens provide 30 days' supply at the maintenance dose.
